Support that is as individual as you are
If you have specific needs or require additional support, we have a team of highly-trained professional and motivated staff who are available to support you. Most people attend our day opportunities independently, however if you reassessed as needing extra support, whether that be in relation to specific tasks or on a ‘one to one’ basis we can provide it, helping to motivate and guide you to achieve your goals.
We recognise that everybody will have different ways of learning
We are committed to supporting individuals in developing their own unique programme of activity.
You may be surprised by the wide range of activities and opportunities on offer when you first attend our day opportunities. In addition to the range of exciting activities, we are also developing a prospectus of accredited courses to help you build up a portfolio of vocational achievement.
Our staff
Our staff are experienced and qualified health and social care professionals who also bring a wide range of other skills including PTTLS teaching qualifications and vocational qualifications. We continually invest in training for our staff too, so that we can to provide you with the very best range of services possible.
We take the work of supporting vulnerable people seriously. Although we voluntarily work to the standards set by the Care Quality Commission we have now made a commitment to formally register with the Care Quality Commission. This will mean that our staff will soon be able to provide a range of additional care and support services in your own home.
