As you can imagine delivering a range of inspirational and physical activities, working with animals, and using different equipment can be complicated, especially as peoples levels of support may vary throughout the day depending on a range of continually changing factors.
As a result we have adopted a dynamic approach throughout the day to all activities delivered across all of our services, managing both the risks associated with a particular activity, and the specific needs of the individuals undertaking it.
Everyone participating in activities receives appropriate training prior to commencing that activity and are fully supervised throughout.
All members of staff have current DBS Checks.
Louise holds a NEBOSH general certificate in Occupational Safety & Health.
